By making a purchase from House of Agalliao, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions in full. Please review carefully before placing your order.


1. Product Fulfillment & Delivery

Shipping & Pickup
Physical products (hair extensions, wigs, and lace items) are shipped or made available for pickup. Delivery is considered complete upon a verified carrier scan or delivery confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Customers should file claims directly with the shipping provider in such cases.

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered via email and include downloadable access. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


2. Processing Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery windows are provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, or weather disruptions may affect delivery timing.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Digital Products
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for digital downloads.

Physical Products
Return requests for store credit may be submitted within 3 days of delivery. The product must be:

  • Unworn

  • Uncombed

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Returned in its original packaging

4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or delayed deliveries.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms and waive the right to file a chargeback for any of the above reasons.


5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

We take chargeback abuse seriously. The following outlines common claims and our policies:

Item Not Received
Delivery is considered complete once scanned or confirmed by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items post-delivery.

Item Not as Described
All product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our ability. Slight variations (e.g., in color, texture, or packaging) do not qualify as “not as described.” Please contact us before initiating any dispute.

Unauthorized Transactions
All orders require cardholder authorization. Fraudulent claims will be investigated and may result in legal action. We collect IP addresses, device data, and order metadata to verify the transaction’s legitimacy.

Billing Errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing charges at checkout. Duplicate charges or billing errors must be reported within 5 business days for correction.

Customer Changed Their Mind
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or disputes based on buyer’s remorse or change of preference.

Product Arrived Late
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for courier-related delays.

Charge Not Recognized
Charges will appear as House of Agalliao on your statement. Please make note of this to avoid confusion.

Auto-Renewal or Subscription Disputes
(If applicable): By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing. Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.

Failure to Contact Us First
By purchasing, you agree to contact us first for resolution before filing a dispute. Chargebacks filed without giving us the opportunity to resolve may result in a permanent ban and/or legal action.


6. Chargeback Abuse Policy

We actively dispute all fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks. Filing a false claim is a breach of these terms and will result in legal action to recover lost revenue and fees.


7. Proof of Fulfillment

Delivery tracking, email correspondence, signed receipts, and order logs will be used to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims.


8. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from House of Agalliao, you agree to:

  • Our no-refund and limited return policy

  • Our right to pursue legal action for false chargebacks or fraud

  • Contacting us first for order-related issues

  • Not filing a chargeback under any circumstances
