FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: We accept return requests for store credit only within 3 days of delivery.
Any item that has been altered, combed, washed, or worn is not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Adjustments
If there are any accidental errors regarding addresses, customers have up to 1 hour after submission to contact us at contact@houseofagalliao.com to request necessary changes. After this time, orders will be processed immediately to ensure prompt fulfillment. As a result, changes or cancellations are not permitted after 1 hour of submission.
Please carefully review your order details, including product selections and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.
Return Policy for Store Credit
Return requests for store credit will only be accepted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this time frame will not be considered.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, exactly as received.

- No brushing, combing, cutting, coloring, wearing, or altering the product of any sort.
- Original labels, ties and packaging must remain intact.
How to Request a Return
Upon approval, to initiate a return, please include the following details with your returned item(s):
- Order Number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase
Examples of proof of purchase include: order confirmation email, receipt, order invoice, transaction details (e.g., bank statement or transaction ID), or original packing slip.

Important Note: Customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping. Items that do not meet the outlined conditions will not be accepted or credited. This may result in a refused mail and may be sent back to the sender.
Transit Delays
While not often, transit delays can occur. House of Agalliao is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of nature (floods, fires, tornados, hurricanes, tsunami's, etc.)
. Refunds or chargebacks will not be issued or acceptable due to these delays.
Chargebacks
House of Agalliao is not responsible for chargebacks resulting from shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms that are also referenced on our policy page. We strongly recommend adding ROUTE protection at checkout for additional peace of mind & safety of your products.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks
At House of Agalliao, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we strictly prohibit any fraudulent or false chargeback claims after receiving our products.
If a chargeback is initiated falsely, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback: Provide evidence, including order confirmations, delivery tracking, and communication records, to refute the claim with the payment processor or relevant authorities (bank, courts, police, etc).
- Restrict future purchases: Permanently ban customers who engage in fraudulent chargeback activities from accessing our Site and Services. As well as requesting their personal bank have them banned or restricted from further relationship.
- Pursue legal action: Take legal steps to recover losses and damages resulting from fraudulent activity.
