1. What is House of Agalliao?

House of Agalliao (pronounced uh-GAH-lee-oh) is a luxury brand specializing in high-quality custom wigs & extensions designed to radiate elegance and confidence. Inspired by the Greek word agalliaõ—“to exult” or “to rejoice”—our name reflects a deeper truth: beauty is a reflection of God’s light shining through you. With faith at the heart of our mission, we strive to celebrate the unique radiance in every individual while honoring the Creator who made it possible.


2. Do you offer refunds?

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: We accept return requests for store credit only within 3 days of delivery.

Any item that has been altered, combed, washed, or worn is not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Can I adjust or cancel my order after submission?

If you notice an error in your order, such as an incorrect address, you have up to 1 hour after submission to email us at contact@houseofagalliao.com to request changes. After that, orders are processed immediately, and adjustments or cancellations are no longer possible.


4. What is your return policy?

We accept return requests for store credit only within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all ties and packaging intact. Any item that has been altered, combed, washed, or worn is not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. How do I initiate a return?

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt, transaction details)

6. What happens if my package is delayed or lost in transit?

While rare, transit delays can occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature. For added protection, we recommend adding ROUTE protection at checkout. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with said shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. House of Agalliao is not held liable. 


7. Can I get a refund or chargeback for shipping issues?

We are not liable for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery caused by the carrier. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


8. What is considered proof of purchase?

Examples of proof of purchase include: order confirmation email, receipt, order invoice, transaction details (e.g., bank statement or transaction ID), or packing slip.
